Timelapse Video of Flight From SF to Paris

So apparently this guy decided to make a time-lapse video of his flight from San Francisco to Paris, France. He claims he shot it with his “Canon 5D Mark II digital SLR camera on a tripod”. Now, this is a pretty cool idea and judging from the video it seemed like it was worth it, but whenever I go on airplane I get bitched at for having my IPod on during take off and landing. Apparently they allowed this guy to have his electronic situation set up the entire time.

Besides, airplane rides are uncomfortable enough to begin with, yet they permit this dude to clear out an entire row so he could do this little project of his. It was an 11 hour flight and I’m assuming you got people crammed into the middle seats, probably got kids sitting on the floor and then you have this guy who is just chilling with an entire row to himself. Plus a camera like that has to make a clicking noise every time you take a shot. And you got this guy taking a photo every 2 to 30 seconds. On an 11 hour flight this would probably drive me insane. But whatever, I suppose it’s still a cool video either way.
